Basic Biblical Principles

Don’t be swayed by false teachings
In this ever-changing world, it is important to stay grounded in the truth. There are many false teachings and misconceptions out there, but we must remain steadfast in our faith. We must not be swayed by predestination or “once saved always saved” ideologies that deviate from the teachings of the Bible. We have the power to choose our path and live according to God’s principles.
Love and care for all, without condoning sin
As Christians, we are called to love and care for everyone, regardless of their lifestyle or choices. However, this does not mean that we should condone sin. Homosexual acts are clearly condemned in the Bible, but that does not mean we should treat those who identify as homosexual with hatred or discrimination. We should approach them with care and concern, showing them God’s love, while still upholding the truth of His Word.
Stay away from sorcery and false practices
In this day and age, it may seem harmless to dabble in horoscopes or seek guidance from psychics. However, these practices are condemned in the Bible. We are warned against engaging in sorcery and putting our trust in anything other than God and His teachings. We must be careful not to be swayed by these false practices and instead find guidance and solace in the Word of God.
Be vigilant in your faith
In a world full of distractions and false teachings, it is important to stay vigilant in our faith. We must continually study the Bible, seek wisdom, and live according to God’s principles. We should not rely on human wisdom or fall into complacency. Instead, we must be alert and discerning, ensuring that our beliefs and actions align with God’s will.
Remember, our faith is not just a one-time event, but a lifelong journey. Let us remain steadfast in our beliefs and continue to grow in our relationship with God, always seeking His truth and guidance.
