What is Lotus Energy made out of?

It has been some time since we first saw advertisements for Lotus Energy drinks at our local coffee stands. Recently, I have been curious about the exact ingredients that make up this delightful beverage.
Lotus Energy concentrates are crafted from a combination of coffee fruit (cascara), green coffee beans, super fruits, lotus flower extract, and select botanicals. These ingredients are rich in antioxidants and vary depending on the flavor of the lotus.
There is much to learn about this fantastic alternative to traditional coffee. From its caffeine content to the total carbohydrates, let us share what we know about this delicious drink.
A Comprehensive Look at the Ingredients
Above, we mentioned all the primary components found in Lotus Energy concentrates. Now, let’s delve into each one and explore their properties.
Lotus Energy drinks derive their caffeine properties from the cherry-like coffee fruit called cascara, similarly to traditional coffee. The difference lies in the extraction process used by Lotus Energy, which incorporates both the seed and its outer layers.
The name “Lotus Energy” is derived from one of its notable ingredients, the lotus flower. This flower is renowned for its antioxidants and revitalizing properties, such as promoting increased consciousness. Hence, it serves as a fantastic addition to this plant-based beverage.
Another ingredient worth mentioning is the Schisandra Berry, commonly found in formulas used to reduce stress and lower blood pressure.
Similarly, the Rhodiola Rosea Extract, an herb found in Europe and certain regions in Asia, acts as a stress-relieving element. It is frequently used in anti-fatigue treatments, making it an excellent addition to Lotus Energy drinks.
From an outsider’s perspective, it is evident that Lotus Energy prioritizes ingredients with high antioxidant content, which aligns with its plant-based nature.
