Your safety is our priority. That’s why we offer optional insurance coverage, including liability, property damage, comprehensive, and collision insurance. We want to ensure that you have peace of mind while enjoying your ride along Route 66. Our security deposit options vary based on the insurance coverage you choose, starting from $100 up to $5,000.

Booking Information

To complete your reservation, we require the following information: name, nationality, date of birth, driver’s license number, driver’s license expiration date, home address, city, country, and zip code. You can make your payment via bank transfer, personal check, or credit card (subject to a 5% finance charge). Please note that full payment is required 8 weeks before the rental period.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we offer flexible cancellation terms. Cancellations made 31 days or more in advance will not incur any charges, and the security deposit can be used as store credit. Cancellations made between 30-21 days will have a 33% cancellation fee, while cancellations made between 20-11 days will have a 66% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 10 days of the rental start date will forfeit everything as a cancellation fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued in the form of store credit that can be redeemed within 1 year.

License and Rental Terms

To rent our touring motorcycle models, you’ll need an unrestricted “A” motorcycle driver’s license, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of 3 years of riding experience. Trike rentals are available with a “B” car driving license, but only outside of Nevada or California.

Return Time and Late Charges

The return time for rental motorcycles is during our rental location business hours. One rental day is based on a 24-hour rental period starting from the time of pick-up. Late returns may incur a penalty. Please note that our Chicago motorcycle location is closed between November 01 and March 31 each year, while our Los Angeles location is open year-round.
